Summary: There was 6 adults and a2 year old, sleeping arrangements were adequate. 3 bedrooms worked just great. Hurricane had caused some damage to the exterior but wasn’t anything that kept us from having a good time. The dining table had two damaged chairs that need some repair. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We came to dust my husbands ashes as Galveston area was his special happy place! We needed a house that was close to beach, quiet and clean! This home was amazing, had everything that was suppose to be there! So very clean and the decor was charming and so comfortable! None of us wanted to leave! I may make one more trip before I’m to old to drive and I definitely will choose this home!

Summary: This review is based on the price + ridiculous fees/cleaning fees/rules for check out: This beach house would be perfect if you bring your dogs or have messy kids. The floor tiles are broken and glued back with epoxy, the linens are not great and the toilet paper is 1 ply and the bath towels are old. We got an email from the Mgmt company listing everything that you should bring which is basically everything (beach towels/toys/basic kitchen stuff) and say you will have 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom to get you started. You don't find this out until the date after which you cannot cancel. We brought tons of stuff - coffee filters, paper products and they actually did have everything there (but no beach towels). You have to start laundry and clean the kitchen before you go even though you pay a cleaning fee. The location is great and if you are only sleeping there then it's probably fine...but paying > $1400 for 3 nights for this house is turning me back into a hotel person.

Summary: The layout of the inside is the house was perfect. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The location to the beach was also convenient; just a block away. The entrance to the beach seem to be a bit more private, than the main one. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The location is the best part. The house itself is smaller than it appears online. Also the house needs some TLC. Broken steps, uneven landing on the bottom, the foot rests on the table chairs were all coming apart, broken in half sweeping broom, dryer didn’t dry clothes. Overall it was ok but like I said the location was the best part.
